Forge USA Executive Leadership
Jerry W Brougher, Chairman of the Board, has over fifty years of executive experience in the open die and closed die forging industries. In addition, for twelve years he had the added responsibility of a high quality steel plant that produced a full range of alloys, such as air melt and VAR; at the time, the VAR facility was the world?s largest with eighteen VAR furnaces from 20 inch to 50 inch diameter. Jerry has supervised the design, construction and operation of green field plants in the industry, including design of the hydraulic forging presses ranging in size from 9,000 to 50,000 tons capacity. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard University, and he is Past President of the Forging Industry of North America.
Wade Brougher, President and CEO, has been in the forging industry since 1992. He worked overseas for several years in the oil industry, drilling and production. His time spent in this industry gave him unique insight and knowledge to the form and functions of the forgings now manufactured by Forge USA today.
Jack Miller, Executive Director, has over 30 years experience in business development, market entry, sales force deployment, M&A and corporate restructuring. Jack has a broad range of experience in manufacturing and supply-chain management including senior executive positions held at several multi-billion dollar companies. Jack has held and sold equity positions in two private companies and has presided over 14 market-entry and 12 restructuring projects over the past 8 years.
Jesse Barrett, Forge Plant Manager joined us in December of 2014. Jesse brings over 20 years of manufacturing and business leadership experience. The last 10 years were spent at AFGlobal where he held both Plant and General Manager positions operating their Forging and Fabrication facilities. With his unique approach and extensive background in the Oil and Gas industry, Jesse is a valuable addition to Forge USA.
